(Senior) Frontend Engineer (all genders)

• You conceptualize, develop, and implement high-quality solutions to continuously evolve envelio’s core products — taking ownership of the entire development process from concept to implementation, testing, and go-live in an agile environment.
• You have a continuous improvement mindset and actively look for ways to bring our code to industry best practices with confidence — including iterating on your team’s implementations and navigating the trade-offs that come with evolving a living codebase.
• You step up as a technical voice within the team: you communicate clearly, help shape decisions, and know when to lead and when to support others.

• You have + 3 years of relevant experience in the frontend development of web applications, and enjoy working across different stages of a product’s lifecycle — from shaping new solutions to evolving established codebases.
• You are business-fluent in English (Level C1)
• You have strong experience in modern frontend development, are proficient with at least one JavaScript framework such as Vue, React, or Angular, and you design and interact with APIs.
• You are comfortable navigating ambiguity — you can make progress without a perfect spec and bring structure to open-ended problems.
• You are a team player who communicates thoughtfully and collaborates effectively: you share context, take on responsibility, and make it easy for others to do the same.
• When using AI tools, you do it thoughtfully as part of your daily work, while applying sound judgment, critically reviewing and refining the output, and taking ownership of the results you share with others.
