Your Role
As an Intern People & Organization (all genders) – Focus Talent Acquisition, you will support us in attracting and hiring top talent for our organization. You will help to shape a positive candidate journey while contributing to the authentic communication of our employer brand, culture, and values.

Your primary focus will be on Talent Acquisition, while also gaining insights into Employer Branding and Learning & Development initiatives.
How You Make an Impact
- You support our recruiting efforts throughout the entire application process—from creating and posting job descriptions to hiring new colleagues.
- You assist our Talent Acquisition team in identifying, reaching out to, and attracting suitable talents, particularly in the field of (tech) recruiting.
- You participate in interviews and you also independently conduct interviews.
- You coordinate closely with our departments to ensure that new hires possess both, the technical and personal qualifications, required for the role.
- You actively help to shape our candidate journey and contribute to providing applicants with a positive and professional experience.
Your Profile
- You are in a bachelor's or master's degree program in business psychology, psychology, human resources management or a comparable field of study.
- You have already gained some practical experience in personnel development or recruiting.
- Your heart beats for people and organization topics.
- A willingness to learn, a sense of responsibility and a high degree of initiative characterize your working style.
- You have a confident manner and are able to communicate in German and English.
