Deine Rolle

Als Bilanzbuchhalter (w/m/d) bist du Spezialist:in für unsere laufenden Buchhaltungsprozesse. In unserem dreiköpfigen Finanzteam bist du für das externe Rechnungswesen sowie den Umgang mit unseren externen Stakeholdern verantwortlich. Das übergeordnete Ziel ist es, das Wachstum von envelio zu begleiten und somit die Energiewende zu unterstützen.

Wie du etwas bewirkst

Du bist verantwortlich für die eigenständige Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB einschließlich der Kreditoren- und Debitoren-Buchhaltung, Kontenabstimmung und Stammdatenmanagement
Du bist verantwortlich für den reibungslosen Ablauf unserer täglichen Finanzgeschäfte, einschließlich der Rechnungsstellung an Kunden
Du bist interne:r Ansprechpartner:in für Buchhaltungsthemen und koordinierst externe Stakeholder wie z.B. unsere Steuerberatung und Wirtschaftsprüfer
Du pflegst und entwickelst unsere finanzrelevanten Tools, derzeit u.a. DATEV Unternehmen Online, Spendesk und interne No-Code Tools
Du optimierst und entwickelst unsere Finanzprozesse mit einem starken Fokus auf Automatisierung
Du bist maßgeblich an der Einführung unserer neuen internen Buchhaltungslösung beteiligt

Dein Profil

Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und eine Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter abgeschlossen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung
Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich des Rechnungswesens nach HGB sowie gute Kenntnisse in DATEV Unternehmen Online
Du sprichst fließend deutsch und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse

Your Role

As Senior Accountant (f/m/d) you will be the specialist for our continuous accounting processes. In a Finance team of three, you will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, external accounting as well as handling our external stakeholders. The overall goal is to accompany envelio´s growth and support the energy transition at the same time.

How You Make an Impact

You are responsible for the independent preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB including closing activities, account reconciliation and master data management
You have full ownership of our day-to-day finance operations, including customer and supplier invoicing processes
You are the internal contact for accounting topics and coordinate external stakeholders such as our payroll accountant and auditors
You maintain and develop our finance related tools currently including DATEV Unternehmen Online, Spendesk and internal no-code solutions
You optimize and develop our financial processes with a strong focus on automationYou are a key member in the rollout of our new internal accounting solution

Your Profile

You have completed an apprenticeship and further certifications as an accountant or have a comparable qualification
You have at least 3 years of experience in accounting
You have sound knowledge of accounting in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and good knowledge of DATEV Unternehmen Online
You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
