Your Role
In your role as an IT Application Manager (all genders) you ensure smooth IT operations providing best-in-class processes and tools for envelio to support our growth. You will be part of our IT Operations team’s mission to provide value for the company through a customer-centric and automation-first approach.
You will create workflows to address complex business processes and will continuously refine them through iterative improvements. As a foundation, you’ll find a modern tech-stack and the room to try new and innovative solutions - with a steep learning curve ahead.

How You Make an Impact
- You manage our software and application landscape to make every person at envelio as productive as possible (regardless from where they’re logging in).
- We live automation-first – you drive the automation of administrative processes based on best practice and using state-of-the-art tools.
- You connect and automate SaaS tools by integrating their APIs and building workflows that streamline data flow and business processes.
- You develop and continuously improve automation workflows, which address complex business processes.
- You participate in Helpdesk operations and serve as support contact for your area of responsibility.
- You contribute on IT projects such as roll-out of new solutions and migration processes.
Your Profile
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role (Application Management, Integration Specialist, or similar)
- Experience with collaboration tools like Airtable and scripting languages such as Python and Bash/Z Shell
- Openness to and interest in identifying suitable use cases for artificial intelligence and applying AI effectively in day-to-day work.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Entrepreneurial spirit in optimizing and introducing new processes, tools and structures for continuous improvement
- You are open-minded, flexible, and able to work in a team with different responsibilities
- Fluency in both English (C1) and German (B2) is required for this role
